YogaButt™ is a hybrid program that focuses on developing a strong core center and stabilizing core center muscles. Core center strength is the foundation of our yoga practice, along with deep breathing and clearing the mind. Using a small compressible rubber YogaButt ™ ball placed between the legs in specific yoga postures, core center muscles are isolated and strengthened. Additionally, traditional YogaFit™ postures are strung together with a faster flowing sequence. Extra fitness moves such as squats, push-ups, and lunges are added to the format for greater overall body strength.
