Session: Fitness Trends for the Pregnant Woman

With all the fabulous classes on fitness schedules, it can get a little confusing as to what is appropriate and safe for woman during pregnancy and what modifications are required. This in-depth lecture covers topics such as heartrate, abdominal exercises, weight training and hormonal changes will be addressed as they apply to a variety of workout formats.
